If you see two of any of the adaptors, then I think you’ve found your problem. Then expand the label “Network Adapters”. So, how do you find out if this is your problem? First you have to open Device Manager, which can be found in the Control Panel. They’re ready to go, but they’ve got no idea what they’re doing!
